Mission

The mission of the PMAC shall be to advise the President of the University of Central Florida in matters of policy and practice relating to diversifying the racial and ethnic composition of the faculty, staff, and student body.  Further to serve as local and regional ambassadors to support the development and enhancement of programs, services and opportunities for members of multicultural groups at UCF.

Membership

Membership shall be composed of greater Central Florida residents and community leaders who represent the multicultural demographics of the community. Membership shall include three standing positions for a UCF faculty member; a UCF staff representative and the Student Government Association (SGA) president or designee.

Although racial diversity and ethnic composition is encouraged, membership shall not be restricted based on race, color, creed, national origin, gender, religion, disability, or age.
