The Office of Diversity Initiatives is engaging in a long-term strategic planning process to create a UCF Diversity Strategic Plan. We are working on the plan with divisions and departments from all across campus to ultimately produce a comprehensive document that will help UCF fulfill our goal to become more inclusive and diverse.
